New Customers

Customers that do not have an existing deposit account with Southwest National Bank will need to visit one of our eight locations to complete the account opening process.

To expedite the process, please complete the New Account Information document and bring it with you. You will also need the following items:

  • Driver's License, Passport, Military ID or State ID
  • U.S. Social Security Number
  • U.S. Citizenship or Resident Alien Status 
  • Opening Deposit

Important Information Regarding Procedures for Opening a New Account

To help the government fight the funding of terrorism and money laundering activities, Federal law requires all financial institutions to obtain, verify, and record information that identifies each person who opens an account.

What this means for you:

When you open an account, we will ask your name, address, date of birth, and other information that will allow us to identify you. We may also ask to see your driver's license or other identifying documents.
