Account Monitoring

There are multiple options within your online banking to monitor your account. There are alerts that will review your account history as well as security alerts for monitoring access attempts to your account. Note: some security alerts are required and are there for your protection.

Alerts can be added and maintained in Menu > Settings > Alerts > Add New Alert

  • Account Alert

    Account alerts will send a message or alert to the customer based on the account's activity such as:

    • Interest Accrued
    • Available Balance
    • Current Balance
    • Last Deposit Amount 
    • Year-to-date interest amount

    If the "Account Balance Type" selected goes above, below, or equals the amount entered, a message will go to the customer in whatever way selected. 

    Messages can be received via the following:

    • Email
    • Voice
    • SMS Text Message
    • Push Notification
    • Secure Message Only

    To set up a new alert

    1. Select the account to be monitored
    2. Select the account balance type (listed above)
    3. Select the comparison (more than, less than, or exactly) and amount
    4. Select the alert delivery method and enter the necessary information 
    5. Select Create Alert

     

  • History Alert

    History Alerts will send a message or alert to the customer based on a posted transaction such as:

    • Debit transaction (withdrawal)
    • Credit transaction (deposit)
    • Check number
    • Description

    If a posted transaction of the "Transaction Type" listed above is above, below, or exactly the amount entered, a message will go to the customer in whatever way selected. 

    Messages can be received via the following:

    • Email
    • Voice
    • SMS Text Message
    • Push Notification
    • Secure Message Only

    To set up a new alert

    1. Select the account to be monitored
    2. Select the transaction type (listed above)
    3. Select the comparison (more than, less than, or exactly) and amount, check number, or description
    4. Select the alert delivery method and enter the necessary information 
    5. Select Create Alert
  • Online Transaction Alert

    Online Transaction Alerts will send a message or alert to the customer based on online activity such as:

    • Change of Address
    • Check Reorder
    • External Transfer
    • Funds (internal) transfer
    • Stop Payment

    If the above activity occurs based on the Status selected, a message will go to the customer in whatever way selected. 

    Status options:

    • Drafted
    • Authorized
    • Processed
    • Cancelled
    • Failed

    Messages can be received via the following:

    • Email
    • Voice
    • SMS Text Message
    • Push Notification
    • Secure Message Only

    To set up a new alert

    1. Select the transaction type (listed above) to be monitored
    2. Select the Account - if requested 
    3. Select the status (listed above)
    4. Select the alert delivery method and enter the necessary information 
    5. Select Create Alert
  • Security Alerts

    Security Alerts are there to keep your online banking and your accounts safe and secure. Most alerts are automatic and cannot be removed. You can however add a few alerts and edit your delivery preferences.

    Edit Delivery Preferences

    1. Under the Security Alerts heading, click Edit Delivery Preferences 
    2. Edit or enter your Email Address, Phone number, Text Number
    3. Review and agree to the Terms and Conditions
    4. Click Save

    Options that can be changed:

    • Alert me when my log ID is disabled
    • Alert me when my user profile is updated
    • Alert me when a valid challenge code is presented
    • Alert me when a valid password for my log in ID is submitted
    • Alert me when a valid secure access code is submitted

    To enable or disable maintainable alerts, click the grey X to change it to a blue check mark.
