Digital Wallet

Adding your debit card to your digital wallet is fast and easy. Just a few clicks and you can leave your card at home and just pay with your phone!

  • Apple Pay

    1. Open your Wallet app on your phone
    2. Tap the + in the upper right corner of the screen
    3. Tap Debit or Credit Card
    4. Tap Continue
    5. Hover your phone over your Southwest National Bank Debit card to capture the card number
    6. Verify the card name and number, tap Next 
    7. Enter the 3-digit CVV code from the back of the card, tap Next
    8. Once the card is verified, you'll be able to Accept the Terms and Conditions
    9. Set as default card
    10. Set up on Apple Watch, if desired
    11. Start shopping!

    Note: If you have issues adding your debit card to Apple Pay, verify you address in your Apple ID matches what we have at the bank. This could cause the card information to not verify. 

  • Google Pay

    1. Open your Google Profile on your phone
    2. Tap Wallet to open the digital wallet 
    3. Tap Add a card in the upper right corner of the screen
    4. Hover your phone over your Southwest National Bank Debit card to capture the card number
    5. Verify the card name and number, enter the 3-digit CVV code from the back of the card and tap Save 
    6. Google will verify the card with the bank and send a verification code to be entered
    7. Once the card is verified, you'll be able to Accept the Terms and Conditions
    8. Set as default card
    9. Set up on your Smart Watch, if desired
    10. Start shopping!

    If the verification code is not received, confirm the phone number and email address at the bank is accurate. 

  • Samsung Pay

    1. Open Samsung Pay on your phone
    2. Tap Menu (the three lines) in the top left corner, then tap Cards (card icon)
    3. Tap Add Card, (card icon with +) then tap Add credit/debit card
    4. Follow the instructions to register your card, including Accepting the Terms and Conditions
    5. Set as default card
    6. Set up on your Smart Watch, if desired
    7. Start shopping!
