Payments should be hassle free! Automatic Transfers are the most convenient way to make your loan payments - on time, every month. Request to have your payments automatically deducted from your checking or savings account at no additional charge. Complete the Automatic Transfer Authorization to set up a new transfer or to make changes to existing transfers.

Payments to your Southwest National Bank loan account can be made through your Online Banking profile. Don’t have a Southwest National Bank deposit account? Set up an External Account to make your payments at no additional charge (limitations apply). Loan payments must be submitted by 3:30 PM CST to be effective the following business day. Payments submitted after 3:30 PM CST will be effective in two business days.

Need to make a one-time payment fast? Paymentus is a secure way to make your loan payments by ACH (electronic check), Visa debit card, Mastercard debit card, Google Pay, Apple Pay, Text to Pay, or Cash via Green Dot. A Convenience fee of $4.95 per transaction applies. Loan payments submitted prior to 7:00 PM CST will be effective the same business day. Payments submitted after 7:00 PM CST will be effective the following business day. There are four ways to make a one-time payment using Paymentus:

• Payment via Paymentus automated telephone service by calling (866) 793-0112, available 24-hours a day. 
• Use “Make a Loan Payment” link found under the Lending menu of our home page.
• Log in to your Online Banking profile and select the “Paymentus” link found under Transactions menu.
• Pay via telephone using Southwest National Bank Auto Attendant by calling (316) 831-8258, or toll-free (800) 428-0826, option 1, available 24- hours a day. Southwest National Bank Customer Service Representatives are available M – F 9:00 AM to 5:30 PM CST, and Saturday from 9:00 AM to 12:00 PM CST.

You can make a Quick Collect® payment with cash from any Western Union Agent location. Complete the Quick Collect® form with the required creditor information:
