Payments should be hassle free! Automatic Transfers are the most convenient way to make your loan payments - on time, every month. Request to have your payments automatically deducted from your checking or savings account at no additional charge. Complete the Automatic Transfer Authorization to set up new transfer or to make changes to existing transfers.
Online Banking Transfers
Payments to your Southwest National Bank loan account can be made through your Online Banking profile. Don’t have a Southwest National Bank deposit account? Set up an External Account to make your payments at no additional charge (limitations apply). Loan payments must be submitted by 3:30 PM CST to be effective the following business day. Payments submitted after 3:30 PM CST will be effective in two business days.
Western Union® Speedpay®
Need to make a one-time payment fast? Speedpay® is a secure way to make your loan payments by ACH (electronic check), VISA debit card, or Mastercard debit card. A convenience fee of $5.00 per transaction applies. Loan payments submitted by 6:00 PM CST will be effective the same business day. Payments submitted after 6:00 PM CST will be effective the following business day. There are three ways to make a one-time payment using Speedpay®:
- Payment via automated telephone service by calling (888) 329-7903, available 24-hours a day.
- Use “Make a Loan Payment” link found under the Lending menu of our home page.
- Pay over the telephone with a Southwest National Bank Customer Service Representative by calling (316) 831-8258, or toll-free (800) 428-0826. Representatives are available M – F, 8:30 AM to 6:00 PM CST, and Saturday from 8:30 AM to 1:00 PM CST.
NOTE: To utilize any of the Speedpay® payment options, you will need your Southwest National Bank loan account number. Please contact a Customer Service Representative during regular business hours if you do not have this information.
Western Union® Quick Collect®
You can make a Quick Collect® payment with cash from any Western Union Agent location. Complete the Quick Collect® form with the required creditor information:
Your Southwest National Bank Account Number
Keep the receipt with the Money Transfer Control Number (MTCN) for your records. All payments are credited to your account effective the date you initiated the transaction.
Trouble Making Payments
If you find that you will be unable to make your payment when it comes due, don’t wait until you fall behind or default to seek assistance. We offer options that can help. Contact an account representative today to find out what type of assistance would be best for your situation.

Resolve the delinquency on your loan before it defaults. Severe consequences such as repossession, immediate payment of the balance in full, collection fees and negative reporting to consumer reporting agencies can occur.
