**Approved deposits made before 6pm will post the same business day. Some deposits may be subject to Reg CC holds, customers will be notified if this occurs. 

Important information

Deposit Limits: $2,500 per day and $10,000 per month (deposits over the limit are reviewed and my need to be brought into a branch)
Cutoff Time: 6 pm CST each business day. Deposits made prior to 3:00 may memo post at 3:30. 
Funds Availability: Next business day, if deposit is made by cutoff time.

Note: Account holders are responsible for all deposits made. Allowing others to deposit fraudulent checks in to your account, could be considered fraud and could result in a loss of funds. 

  • Enrolling in Mobile Deposit

    1. Using any device, log in to Online Banking
    2. From the menu select Mobile Deposit Enrollment
    3. Read and accept the Terms and Conditions
    4. An email will be sent to you notifying if the enrollment was approved. Approval emails will contain instructions for how to make a deposit. 
  • Making a Deposit

    1. Endorse the back of each check with "For Mobile Deposit Only, SWNB"
    2. From the menu select Transactions > Mobile Deposit
    3. Select the Deposit Account and enter the amount
    4. Tap on Front of Check (you'll need to allow the app to access your camera) and take a photo of the front of the check
    5. Tap on Back of Check and take a photo of the back of the check (use the guides to center the photo)
    6. Tap on Submit to submit the deposit
    7. Write "submitted for deposit" with the date on the check and keep the item for 30 days
    8. Verify the next business day or on your next statement that the deposit posted correctly

    All deposits are reviewed for proper endorsement and account ownership. If the deposit was denied for any reason, you will receive an email with the details.
