Internal Transfer
All transfers done before 8:00pm CST will post the same day. Any transfers after 8:00pm CST will be on the next day's business.
1. Select Transactions > Funds Transfer
2. Select the From Account and To Account form the drop down menus
3. Enter the Amount, Transfer Date, and Memo (optional)
4. If you'd like to make the payment recurring, select the correct Frequency form the drop down options
5. Select Transfer Funds
6. A confirmation page will appear, if everything looks correct, you can select Close. If you need to make changes, select to manage Transfer. Here you can cancel the payment and reinitiate a new one.

User to User Transfer
You can send funds to another Southwest National Bank account holder with the User to User transfer option. It can be a single transfer, or you can link another account holder's account (for deposit purposes only) to your online login. If you plan to make more than one transfer to the other account holder, or if you need to create a recurring or future-dated transfer, linking the account is required.
You will need the recipients email address, as listed in their online banking profile and the last 4 digits of their account#.

Single Transfer
- Select Menu > Transactions > User to User Transfer
- Tap or click Single Transfer
- Select the From Account, Amount, and Description (optional)
- Enter the Recipient's Email Address, and the last 4 digits of their account number
- Tap or click Submit
- As long as the email address and account number matches, the transfer will process

Link an Account
- Select Menu > Transactions > User to User Transfer
- Tap or click Link Account
- Enter the Recipient's Email Address and the last 4 digits of their account number
- Tap or click Submit
- As long as the email address and account number matches, the account will be linked
- Once linked, the account will appear on the Transfer screen as a "To Account" option
